The K1.5000 integrates two a protection systems, globally managed by a microprocessor, with the task of continuously controlling the following functions:
Output short circuit
DC current to the loudspeaker conductors
Temperature rise
Switch on mute
Supply voltage outside the permissible range
Intelligent fan control “INTELLISPEED
The numerous “sensors” on the circuit send a continuous stream of data that is processed at high speed. Thanks to special software, the protection system reacts immediately, intervenes appropriately and reports malfunctions via the LEDs on the control panel. The other protection system is managed by the modulator, which controls the circuit in the power amplifier
Protection System of the STEG K Class-D series:
It integrates various protection systems to control the following functions:
Output short circuit
DC current at the ends of the speakers
Increase temperature
Mute in the ignition temporarily
Supply voltage outside the permissible range
Intelligent “INTELLISPEED” fan control
Unbalanced power supply between the two connectors
The numerous “sensors” of the circuit send a continuous stream of data that is processed at very high speed. The protection system reacts immediately, intervenes accordingly and reports any malfunctions via the LEDs on the control panel. The other protection system is managed by the modulator, which monitors the circuit in the power amplifier.
